Bush cooking with Jed fresh from the sea to our plates.

We are down at The Bay of Fires on the beautiful East coast of Tasmania and the abalone are a plenty. Enjoy our little film catching and cooking our favourite Tasmanian meal using local ingredients.

From the harsh desert to the coral filled gardens of the Ningaloo Reef.

One of our favourite places so far - surfing, fishing and diving paradise.

A helicopter flight over the sacred Bungle Bungles to driving down roads where the stars shine bright and red earth meets the turquoise sea in Broome. Morrison meets the legend of the Pilbara statue 'Red Dog' and we scaled some of the oldest rocks on the planet at Karijini National Park. The North West has it all!

Our two weeks journey on the great Gibb River Road - The Kimberley region is a place that takes you back in time..with its deep cultural significance, that flows through the millions of years old towering ancient reef systems, crystal clear gorges, unique age-old boabs and the abundance of native wildlife ~ the beauty of it all takes your breath away and is a experience like no other.
